Cancel appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
How to cancel an appointment
- Click the cancel link on the appointment reminder text message.
- Use Patient Access or the NHS app.
- Use our online triage system.
- Contact us on the telephone.
