How to book an appointment

You can call any of our surgeries and speak to one of our patient advisors who will obtain the information necessary to triage your appointment on medical need.
We have some appointments available online such blood and blood pressure reviews.
For selected appointments we so sometimes send a patient invitation link via SMS which allows patients to book themselves in when most convenient and prevents having to call the surgery. The links are send for blood, BP and smear appointments.

At Pathfields Medical Group, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.

We aim to give you a routine appointment to see or speak to a GP or other Healthcare Professional within 2 weeks of receiving your online request.

If your appointment is considered urgent, we'll arrange for a GP or other Healthcare Professional to see or speak to you on the same day.

You can also visit 111 Online (NHS website) or call NHS 111 for general medical advice.

If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review. We will be in touch when you need to come in for a review.

Please tell us:

If there's a specific GP, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
If you would prefer to consult with the GP or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email.
If you need an interpreter.
If you have any other access or communication needs.
